JIRA integration troubleshooting

Configuration error: Integration error for Jira: Unexpected HTTP response 0

1. When using JIRA Cloud (hosted onatlassian.netorjira.com), you'll need to create a Jira API Token, and add it under Settings → Jira.
2. The email address you add in Settings must be the same as the user that the token is associated with.
3. We only need the subdomain of your JIRA instance, not the full URL. For example, we'd use "cortex-support" from "https://cortex-support.atlassian.net"
