Distinguishing services and resources with x-cortex-tag

Resources are differentiated from services in the cortex.yaml file by the presence of the entity tag, x-cortex-tag. Without this tag, or if this tag is set as x-cortex-type: service, the entity will default to a service.

As a best practice, Cortex recommends anything that is code-first be defined as a service, while anything non-code should be defined a resource.
