Actions filter type

When creating an action (/admin/actions/new), you'll need to determine whether this action is standalone (Global), or is connected to a specific entity (Entity). If this action is attached to entities (services or resources), it will be accessible through the Catalog page for those entities.

When selecting a Global filter type, the template {{context.entity.*}} cannot be included, as with the global action there is no entity.  Including this information will cause the action to fail.
