How and when will I receive Initiative notifications in Slack?

Cortex maps email addresses from Team and group owners to your organization's Slack, so you will never need to set up email addresses within the YAML file.

Each user within a Team assigned to an Initiative will receive messages on Slack when:

1. the Initiative is created,
2. one week before the Initiative's deadline,
3. and when there is one day until the deadline.
