CORS Error with x-cortex-link

Cortex is only able to access type OPENAPI links specified in x-cortex-links of cortex.yaml if they are relative to the established Git repository.  When adding an x-cortex-link in a cortex.yaml or UI editing, Cortex may encounter a CORS error:

As Cortex is unable to access the URL via the Cortex YAML, we recommend uploading the spec to the API via our documentation as a workaround.
