I created an issue from an Initiative in Cortex, but the issue doesn't appear in my issue tracking tool

Issue: You created an issue from an Initiative for Jira or ClickUp, but the issue does not get created in Jira or ClickUp.

Solution: If you have any required fields in Jira or ClickUp, make sure you have populated these fields while creating the issue configuration. If a required field isn't populated, the issue will not appear in your tracking tool.
