Cortex's web app requires a modern web browser.
We recommend using your browser's most recent production release. Older versions and pre-release browsers, such as betas or developer previews, are not supported.
Browser extensions, such as ad blockers or JavaScript blockers, can interfere with or completely prevent certain Cortex features from working correctly, and are not supported.
Current stable major versions of the following browsers are tested and supported:

If you do not use the latest version of a recommended browser, or if you use a browser that is not listed above, Cortex or some features may not work as expected, or at all.
Troubleshooting browser loading issues
If Cortex is not loading properly in your browser, try these troubleshooting steps:
