I'm getting a blank screen when attempting to connect account via GitHub OAuth on-prem

Before clicking the Connect Account button, the OAuth app must be configured. Because the modal window opens the OAuth app and asks a user to authenticate, the flow requires the app to be configured first. You can use the instructions in the documentation here to configure OAuth.
