Cortex Session Timeout (Cloud)

A session in the Cortex app (the need to log in again) will last 7 days with regular usage.  When a user is inactive, this window shortens to between 1-3 days depending on the level of inactivity.  Please reach out to the Cortex Customer Engineering team (help@cortex.io) if your team needs to adjust these windows.
