Cortex Healthcheck Endpoint

Self Hosted Customers:

The following endpoint can be utilized as a backend healthcheck for liveness for Cortex, however please note that this endpoint may change in the future.  

https://api.getcortexapp.com/actuator/health

To check frontend liveness, customers can curl their front end host, which although returning a HTML should also return a 200.
