To help our support team address your issue efficiently, please include the following information in your support ticket:
Specific PR URL, including the PR ID and the repo name in the URL
Time of last update (if possible)
The incorrect status (e.g., showing as open but should be closed)
If not all details are available, please provide as much information as possible, such as an expected timeframe where incorrect data is present.
Our support team can assist with a manual refresh of your PR data. This process can look back up to 6 months, ensuring that even older PRs can be updated if necessary.
