To create an account for the Cortex support portal:
Visit https://cortexio.zendesk.com/
Click on "Create a new account"
Follow the registration process
Click 'Help Desk' in the application
Log in with your unique credentials
Note: This support portal login is independent of your Cortex product login.
To view your tickets in the support portal:
Log in to the support portal
Click the profile icon at the top right of the page
Select "My Activities" to see your tickets
Please note:
It may take a few minutes for new tickets to appear
If you didn't originate the case, your ability to update or interact with the ticket may be restricted
The portal is primarily designed for ticket visibility
If you're not seeing the expected tickets, inform support, sharing the e-mail you used to create access to the portal - as your accounts may need to be linked.
