Issue:
The Team Leaderboard does not always display a continuous top ten list, sometimes you might see it show the first four and then skip down the line.
Explanation:
The Team Leaderboard is designed to show different views depending on the user’s role and team membership:
Admins (with no “My Teams”) always see the full top ten ranked teams.
Users who belong to a team see a personalized view. If their team is not in the top ten, the leaderboard adjusts to surface their team and its immediate neighbors to identify where their placement is on the board.
Instead of showing a full 1–10 list, the leaderboard displays:
The top five teams, and
The user’s team plus nearby ranked teams to show relative position.
This can result in a visible jump in rankings (for example, 1–5 → 37–39) rather than a continuous top ten list. This behavior helps users quickly understand where their team falls in the overall lineup.
Solution:
No action is required. This is expected behavior of the Team Leaderboard.
Admins can reference the full top ten ranking at all times.
Team members will see a tailored view that highlights their team’s position alongside top-performing teams.
