The Report Card provides a high-level overview of a Scorecard, so you can see the top and bottom performers, along with key performance changes.
To access the Report Card, navigate to Reports under Scorecards in the main navigation menu.
The report page will initially be blank. Select a Scorecard from the dropdown menu to populate the report. Note that the range will be set to the last month by default, but you can adjust the timeframe to be between the last 7 days and the last 3 months.
The Report Card breaks performance down into several categories:
- Top services shows the five entities with the highest score in the selected Scorecard. This section shows each service’s name and tag, along with its score.
- Services at risk shows the five entities with the lowest score in the selected Scorecard. This section shows the service name and tag, along with its score.
- Most moved shows rules with the greatest percentage change in services failing the specific rule. This section shows the rule definition, along with the associate change. Note that, in this case, a negative change is a good thing — it means fewer services are failing that rule, or, in other words, more services are passing the rule.
- Rules most at risk shows the rules with the lowest passing rates. This section shows the rule definition, along with the percent of services failing each rule.
- Most improved shows the five entities that have improved the most in the Scorecard. This section shows each service’s name and tag, along with its score. You can also see how many places each service has advanced in rank among all services.
- Worst drops shows the five entities that have dropped the most in score. This section shows each service’s name and tag, along with its score. You can also see how many places the service has dropped in rank among all services in the Scorecard.
