If your deployments aren't showing up in team-level metrics, the most common cause is a missing deployer email. Even if the deployment was successful, without a deployer email, the system cannot associate the deployment with your team.

The system matches team members' email addresses with the deployer_email field in deployment records
When a deployment record contains an email that matches a team member, that deployment is attributed to the team
